Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an automated notification with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination:

• Standard Ground (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout (Free on qualifying orders over $[Amount]).

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Rates vary by carrier and location.

Note: Heavy or oversized outdoor gear (such as tree stands, safes, or large coolers) may incur additional freight handling fees, which will be specified during checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to regional regulations and carrier safety rules, select sporting goods, ammunition, fuels, or restricted supplies may only be eligible for standard ground shipping within the contiguous 48 United States and cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all state and local laws regarding ordered items.

Order Tracking & Status

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update with live transit status.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the estimated window, contact us immediately at shipping@discountsportsmansupply.com with your order number and photos of any damaged packaging or items. We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim quickly.
